Which PartyBox is right for me?
PartyBox 520 – Great for a room at a house party, or background music at an outdoor event.
PartyBox 520 Pair – Great for a kids party, multiple spaces at a house party or background music for larger outdoor events.
PartyBox 720 – For when you want an energetic atmosphere at a party.
PartyBox 720 Pair – Recommended for grown-up events with a dancefloor; birthdays, weddings, etc.

Which PartyLights are right for me?
We like a mix of Beams and Sticks. 2 Beams and 4 Sticks will give you a good lightshow.
If it's a larger event using a pair of PartyBox 720s, push the boat out and go with 4 Beams and 8 Sticks!
How do I connect my music?
Bluetooth is the easiest option — pair your device and you're good to go. There's also a 3.5mm aux input and a USB-C port. The speakers have their own mic and guitar inputs if you're planning speeches or live performances.
Make sure your device's music quality is set to the highest setting for the best results. Enable Do-Not-Disturb on your device to avoid notifications and calls interrupting the music.
Where can I collect from?
Our collection/return location is in the BH12 5AG postcode.
Where you do deliver to/collect from and how much does it cost?
We deliver to DT, BH, SP & SO postcodes. This costs £2 per mile based on your distance from BH12 5AG. The £2 per mile charge covers delivery and collection. There is a £25 minimum charge for delivery/collection (this covers up to 10 miles, then £2 per mile after that). The cost is automatically calculated at the checkout. There is a minimum order value of £75 for orders to be delivered.
What are your timings for rentals?
Given that most events are afternoon/evening, our rental periods run from midday on the collection day until midday on the return day.
Collection is from Midday until 5pm. Return is from 9am until Midday.
What if I only need the equipment for a few hours?
This is still billed as a full day. However, you're welcome to return or have us collect the equipment by 5pm on the same day you use it.
Why do I have to pay a security deposit and when will it be refunded?
The security deposit is an incentive for customers to look after the equipment. We could add the cost of insurance to every rental, but it would just cost customers significantly more in the long run.
If equipment is lost or damaged, the cost of this will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit does not cover the damage or loss, you will be invoiced for the difference.
As soon as we have the kit back in our possession and have verified that everything is present and undamaged, we'll action the refund to your card. Depending on Stripe and your card issuer, this could take a few days to reappear on your balance.
Please be assured that we are reasonable people and understand that accidents do happen. We will always discuss any issue with you prior to any decision being taken.
How does payment work?
We only accept card payments via Stripe in our site checkout. We do not take cash.
My rental is going to over-run, what should I do?
Most importantly, please let us know ASAP. We don't want to let other customers down.
Over-runs are charged at the full day rate.
Not notifying us of an over-run before the end of your rental period will result in the loss of your security deposit.
Do I need to provide a mains power source?
PartyBox 520 – yes, unless you book a battery add-on
PartyBox 720 – yes, unless you book a battery add-on
PartyLight Beam – yes, they're only mains powered
PartyLight Stick – no, they're battery powered as standard
Samsung Tablet – no, this is powered from the PartyBox
Do you rent Add-Ons without the rental of a PartyBox?
Not normally, but if there's something specific you need, please message us and we'll try to help.
Where can I find instructions on how to use the Speakers & Lights?
Do I need to download the app?
It's not essential, but getting the app will enable you to tailor the sound to your application, get much better control of the lighting, and create stereo pairs of speakers.
Please note that you can only connect one BT device at a time. If you want to control the system from a device that isn't handling audio playback, then you're best off connecting your audio playback device via 3.5mm aux jack or USB-C.
